Programming and Resources Support We are currently accepting resumes for the following position:
AWACS/ Airborne Warning and Control System Support
Requirements: 1.) Responsible for providing logistical expertise and technical support for thirty-two US E-3 AWACS aircraft and work with worldwide AWACS partners, as required 2.) Manage E-3 aircraft modification management program. 3.) Review and recommend changes or additions to operational requirements documents, Design Operational Capability Statements, Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Joint publications, strategic plans, Combat Mission Need Statements, Technical Order changes, Interim Technical Order changes, Suggestions submitted through the IDEA program and recommendations submitted by AF Form 1067 Modernization Process. 4.) Advise headquarters and field personnel on matters pertaining to clarification of technological information, personnel qualification, formal training, and regulatory guidance contained in command regulations, capabilities and support requirements for AWACS aircraft. 5.) Assists in analytical review and trending of key maintenance performance indicators. 6.) Assist in developing priorities for funding to include upgrade of aircraft and ground facilities, training/testing and technical orders to support modernization programs, and Sustaining Engineering projects (tech data, software, aircraft and engines). 7.) Assists in the review of Maintenance Requirements Review Board (MRRB) actions. 8.) Assist in the evaluation of associated test plans, procedures and test results. 9.) Assist in the preparation and coordination of briefings, reports, decision papers, and acquisition program documentation. 10.) Assist in the review and validation of requests from supported units for Depot Maintenance assistance. 11.) Monitor technology, analyze proposals, and evaluate concepts to determine technical feasibility and military applicability for AWACS future and current ability to support CAF, Joint, Allied, and Coalition tasking. 12.) Assist in the development of an annual budget to acquire and field AF C2 & ISR systems.
